Alessandra Marsaglia as new CEO to lead the next phase of growth
Candam Technologies, a leader in technological solutions for waste management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alessandra Marsaglia as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Alessandra will succeed Jordi Berguinzo, co-founder and CEO for the past four years, who will continue to serve on Candam’s Board of Directors, focusing on funding, business growth, and advocacy.
Under Jordi´s visionary leadership, Candam has achieved significant milestones, including raising over €5 million in funding and expanding its presence to 10 countries. His dedication has laid a strong foundation, positioning Candam for exponential growth in the years to come.

With the arrival of Alessandra Marsaglia, Candam enters an exciting new chapter.

Alessandra brings more than 15 years of experience in business management and development across the software and education sectors. She holds an Executive MBA and an Executive Digital Business degree from ESADE and has held key roles at globally recognized companies such as SAP and Wall Street English, where she developed expertise in operations, finance,  product marketing, and launching new business models.

Alessandra has also excelled in strategic planning and change management, driving performance across various stages of business growth, from startups to established enterprises, in both  corporate and franchise models.

Her passion for sustainability is reflected in her consultancy work with emerging startups and spin-offs in collaboration with ESADE, perfectly aligning with Candam´s mission to transform waste management through digital innovation and social impact.
